Privacy statement

Your details, handled with care

MILA Studio is the photography business of Milena, based in Amsterdam and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 98167871. This statement explains what happens with the details you share through this website.

What I collect

Only what you fill in on the contact form: your name, your email address, the kind of shoot, an optional date and your message. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Why

To answer your question and, if you like, to plan and carry out a shoot with you. I never sell your details or use them for newsletters without asking you first.

How it travels

• The site runs on Cloudflare, which forwards your message to my inbox by email. To protect the form against abuse, your IP address is briefly used to limit the number of messages per minute; it is not stored.
• The fonts are served from this website itself, so no data goes to Google or other font services.

How long

I keep your message as long as it is needed to help you. If we do not work together, I delete it within a year. If we do, I keep what the law requires for my bookkeeping.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email contact@milastudio.work. If you are not happy with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Photos

Photos of clients appear on this website and on Instagram only with their permission. Would you like a photo of you removed? Send me a message and I will take it down.
